From
time immemorial, people have wanted to know who they are and have
wondered about the purposes of their lives. Astrology, and the natal
chart in particular, can give us information about who we are and
who we could become, because we are not only influenced by our environment
and upbringing, but also by cosmic powers, as described by astrology.
We are unique, in the way in which we respond to these influences,
in our relationship to our environment and our upbringing, and in
our ability to change.
A consultation with me is an opportunity for contemplation,
a dialogue dealing with your questions, taking your personal chart
as a starting point.
Born in Paris in 1956, I have lived in the Netherlands since 1976,
where I was introduced to the humanistic and transpersonal astrology
of Rudhyar. After my graduation at the college for social work in
1981, I worked, inter alia, in crisis assistance and counselling.
After that, I took classes with various astrologers, intuitive workshops
with Carolyne Conger, and a one-year Voice Dialogue course with
Robert Stamboliev. Finally, I studied at the Faculty
of Astrological Studies in London, which was the course I enjoyed
most and for which I work as a Distance Learning tutor.
I am giving consultations and classes, lectures and workshops in
and from Arnhem. I am registered as a practising member of the AVN,
a Dutch professional association for astrologers and member of ISAR
and CEDRA.
I have a special interest in astrology and its research directed
at understanding the impact of cosmic influences on the development
of a person's consciousness. This is the reason why I collaborated
recently on the Dutch translation of Alexander Ruperti's excellent
book 'Vers la Conscience du Moi Essentiel' (Towards Awareness
of One's True Self), published by the Centre for Humanistic
and Transpersonal Astrology (CHTA).
Yes, I see it as essential to make and maintain international contacts:
every culture, every country has its own specialisation and its
own unique way of thinking.
As the poet Heinrich Heine put it so very aptly:
'With every new language one learns, one wins a new soul'.
